Who is Atlas AVU?
Our seasoned staff of AV design and installation professionals include members whose industry experience span over 4 decades. We pride ourselves on the fact we have been able to assemble a team that represents the best of the best, each having strong specialization in categories such as home automation, commercial design, and high end audio, etc.

From the simplest of TV installations to the most technically advanced custom home or commercial audio projects, Atlas has the experienced and expert staff to confidently handle them all.

Shopping at Atlas  AVU store means that you are supporting our local Capital Region economy.  As a specialist Audio & Video retailer, we offer an exceptional level of service, product knowledge, and expertise  We are nationally  competitive with all authorized dealers on identical products for all our brands. We do not expect you to pay more to shop at Atlas!

What about service and support?
We are well aware that providing a high level or service and support is the best way to keep our customers happy and to keep you coming back. We work only with authorized service centers for our products. We also also offer optional Guaranteed Protection Plans (GPP) on most products to provide you with additional peace of mind.

What is GPP & GPA?
GPP stands for “Guaranteed Protection Plan”. This plan provides 100% coverage for a total of five (5) years, including the manufacturer’s warranty, on audio/video products.  We also offer plans specially tailored for audio components and systems. For larger installations and custom projects we offer GPA Guaranteed Performance Plans that include annual in-home visits to inspect and keep your system operation at peak performance.

Does Atlas offer delivery and installation?
We offer delivery and professional home installation of your new A/V equipment.  If you prefer you install yourself, we offer drop-off delivery on larger or bulky items free of charge!

Does Atlas AVU have an online store?
Yes. You can find our online store under “Products” on our main menu bar or at the following direct link.

If I purchase a product in your online store, can I pick it up at Atlas AVU?

Yes. After adding products to your shopping cart, during the checkout process you will be asked if you want your order delivered to your home, or if you want to pick it up at our store.

How do I find out the status of a product that I sent in for repair?
Please send out an email to the following address: service@avu.ca. Make sure to indicate in your message the product name, brand, serial number (if applicable) and the service number that has been assigned to your claim.
